Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order products may require 3–7 business days for processing.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders across India.
  • If shipping charges apply, they will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • SMS/WhatsApp notification (where applicable)
  • Tracking ID and courier details

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Packaging

Every frame is carefully packed using:

  • Protective corner guards
  • Bubble wrap
  • Protective sleeves
  • Strong corrugated boxes

Our packaging is designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • Missing products

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will normally attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the order is returned because:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Delivery refused

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Address Changes

Shipping address changes can only be requested before the order is dispatched.

Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address modifications.
